**Please understand that ALL of the following jobs can be shared however you see fit. As the title holder, you are just responsible for getting it done. For instance, if you are the Pit Equipment Manager and you cannot go to a race….just find someone else to handle it that weekend. **

Team Mom (Leah Dye) Coordinates after practice family BBQ’s, end of season party and more.
Race Pits Food and Drink Coordinator (Open) Coordinates all Snacks and Hydration within the pits during race weekends
Social Media Coordinator (Austin Belote) Responsible for maintaining our information and image, updating relevant content and keeping our sponsors info in the media.
Team Photographer/Videographer (Open) Captures pictures and video to be used in the end of season slideshow. Coordinates team photo.
Team Bookkeeper (Melina Feduniw) Keeps accounts of all spending and donations. Tracks team dues.
Uniform Fitting Coordinator (Open) Coordinate and host fitting days for all riders at the start of each season.
Bicycle Purchasing and Maintenance Liaison (Open) Communicate and assist with information for any family/member who is new to mountain biking and is making their first purchase or upgrading. This is a very valuable person who will really be helping those new families get all the info so they can make an educated decision. There are many discounts and deals available.
Race Pit Equipment Manager (Cory Johannsen) Sets up our Team Pit area during race weekends. This includes the canopies, tables, bike racks. Get as many helpers as you need.
Race Weekend “Crib Sheet” Person (Open) – Create a simple spreadsheet that shows the riders names, race categories and start times to keep everyone organized on race weekends (It’s the same at every race so you are really just creating a master list and updating it with any new riders). Copies will be laminated and distributed to the riders and hung on the canopy for all to see.
Sponsorship Coordinator (Open) – You are the point of contact for the sponsors. You will help coordinate the banners, ad placement, end of year “Thank You’s”, social media and keeping them informed.
Campsite Coordinator (Christine Orestano) Contact each race venue campground and gather information for the team. This can be simply encouraging members to book sites asap, passing the campground info along or going as far as booking sites for the team. Many ways to take this role.
Race Weekend Dinner Coordinator (Christine Orestano) Coordinate a dinner on Saturday night at each race. This can be a pasta potluck (usually the best) or any other idea you bring to the table. Just remember to make it acceptable pre-race food. Keep it simple or Go all out. This is where the family fun begins!
New Coach Registration Coordinator (Casey Maze) Helps any new coach navigate through the process. Working with Team Director to get them into Pitzone and to get them the information necessary to complete Level 1 (or higher) and Skills classes. This is pretty simple and a repetitive process but really necessary with each new coach.
Poker Run Director(s) (Open) Set the date, purchase appropriate awards, purchase decks of cards, explain the game, setup the table and course setup. Yes we’ve all pitched in and made it happen in the past, let’s get this in someone’s hands to make it the best it can be. Maybe this could become an event at Vail where we invite other teams and generate some team funds. Use your creativity and energy to make it happen!
Team T–Shirt Coordinator (Open) You will work with our Team Sponsor “Temecula T-Shirt Printers” to design, order and take delivery of team t-shirts. This can be run as a fundraiser as well. Will work with Sponsorship Coordinator to ensure logo placement etc.
